What does Fast Track Certified Mean?

At Fast Track Real Estate, we pride ourselves on our outstanding team of agents.  Having a realtor’s license doesn’t necessarily mean that a person is an expert on real estate investing. We require all of our agents to take a course taught by our real estate experts, including Ken Beaton and David Quaschnick. Once they have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the concepts covered in the course, they are welcomed to the Fast Track Real Estate team!

Here’s what else we require of our agents:

• That they conduct themselves to the standards of the highest ethical practices
• That they never pressure a client under any circumstances
• That they always over-deliver to our clients
• That they own or invest in real estate of their own accord – our agents practice what they preach
• That they operate in the best interests of the Fast Track team – we aren’t interested in freelancers
• That they commit to educating all clients in an effort to improve the financial literacy of Canadians
• That they propound and uphold the integrity of the Fast Track Group of companies
